Swallow Nest Box Study at the SJWS (San Joaquin Wildlife Sanctuary)
Sea & Sage Audubon Society.

Assist naturalist.
Teams to visit 50-100 Tree Swallow
nest boxes weekly, record nesting activitiy - nest building,
# of eggs, dates of incubation, # of hatchlings, # of fledglings,
etc. |

| Starr Ranch
Audubon Sanctuary: Artichoke Thistle Removal Project. |
Each volunteer day will include
a briefing on project, moderate hike to work site, about 3
hours spent lopping the tops off the thistles with a hoe.
Equipment will be provided. |
