Accessible Birding at Irvine Reg Park (P)
The first accessible birding event of the season will be on Friday, September 26th at 9am at our traditional location, Irvine Regional Park. This event is designed for anyone who likes a slow-paced, easy walk. You can either bird from our picnic tables or your own portable chairs, or join the guided walk on the paved, flat path around the lake. After birding we will enjoy a bring-your-own brunch. Irvine Park is always a popular destination as it has some of the county’s oldest coast live oak and California sycamore trees. There are handicapped parking spaces and handicapped stationary restrooms near our location. There is a $3 park entrance fee, or you can use your OC Park card.
