Join us in welcoming two Sea and Sage Audubon BloomHays Grant recipients to learn more about native bees and to hear the results of these native bee studies.

Jessica Mullins, PhD Candidate, UCSD, will present “The Coupled Impacts of Variable Precipitation Patterns and Habitat Fragmentation on Native Bee Communities”.  

Jennifer Schlauch, PhD Candidate, UCI, will present “Native Bees Forage Extensively on Nonnative Plants in Fragmented Wetlands”.
