Today’s consumerism and fast-paced lifestyle have created a throwaway culture with real
consequences – overflowing landfills, methane emissions, and wasted resources.

This talk explores the scale of the waste problem and the three most effective ways to tackle it:

• reducing consumption at the source,
• recycling correctly to avoid contamination, and
• composting food waste to divert organics from landfills and cut emissions.
