Do you want to learn more about Orange County Waste & Recycling (OCWR)? Do you have questions regarding the organics law SB1383?

To answer these questions, David Tieu will provide an overview of Orange County’s landfill system and recently launched organics processing program to help support cities to comply with SB 1383.

David Tieu - OC Waste ManagementDavid manages the central region of OCWR, which includes the Frank R. Bowerman Landfill.   He is a registered Professional Civil Engineer and Certified Compost Operations Manager TM. His areas of expertise include landfill management, environmental stewardship, and solid waste management.
