Join Our Flock

We’re in a race against time to give birds a fighting chance in a changing world. Join us and help secure a safer future for birds at risk from climate change, habitat loss, and other threats.

Be Part of the Solution

When you join the National Audubon Society, you simultaneously join our local Audubon Society — Sea & Sage Audubon. The annual cost is a $20 minimum donation which is for a family or an individual. Please note that Sea and Sage Audubon is an independent 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with its own budget and programs. Although we are a chapter of National Audubon, we rely on support from our local members to carry out our wide array of programs.

Who Are We?

  • We advocate for protection of birds and their habitats.
  • We offer bird walks, field trips, programs, and birding classes.
  • We engage children and adults in a wide assortment of educational activities.
  • We provide data on the status of local bird species through Christmas Bird Counts, Orange County Spring Count, Monthly Bird Censuses, the Great Backyard Bird Count, and other monitoring projects.
