Pancake Breakfast

Saturday, October 26th, 8:00 – 11:00 AM

(Early Bird Walk From 7:15-8:00 AM)

On Saturday morning, October 26th, we will host the Sea and Sage Audubon Society’s 31st Annual Pancake Breakfast at the San Joaquin Wildlife Sanctuary in Irvine. Our breakfast menu includes pancakes, sausages (including a plant-based option), potatoes, fresh fruit, orange juice, hot coffee, hot tea, and milk, served from 8:00 to 11:00 AM. Dining will be inside the historic Duck Club, and we offer limited outdoor seating at the picnic tables.

It’s not Just Pancakes! In support of the Marsh Education Project and our chapter’s activities, guests are encouraged to shop at our famous Used Book Sale and join a guided bird walk, including a new accessibility bird walk around the pollinator gardens. Don’t miss an enlightening discussion led by Sylvia Gallagher. Be sure to visit Audubon House and the Nature Store, shop with Wild Birds Unlimited, check out the latest birding optics with Optics4Birding, and visit our native plant sales, chapter exhibits, photo booth, and games. Get your Chapter Ambassador Card stamped to qualify for the chance to win a gift certificate at our bookstore (no purchase required). After breakfast, stop at the Rinse station to get your dishes cleaned.

However, we encourage you to bring at least two REUSABLE (non-disposable) tableware items, including utensils, cloth napkins, plates, small bowls, juice cups, and coffee cups, to the Pancake Breakfast.
